Needs Two Things

1. We really could use a ENABLE/DISABLE ALL button (to activate and shutdown all reminders at the press of a single button).

2. The ability to use my own sounds.

It really should be updated to fit the iPhone 5s screen as well, but Id still five-star this app if only the first two suggestions were implemented.
